• Delivery Estimates: These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item(s).
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Non-Returnable Items: For the safety of our community, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Personalized/Customized Items (unless damaged/defective).
  • Opened or used Bath & Body products and Candles.
  • All Candy & Chocolate (final sale).
  • Opened Seasonal & Party Goods (e.g., Banners & Streamers).
  If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
